Baptism
Baptisms performed on 1st & 3rd Sunday of the Month. There is a pre-baptismal class on the last Sunday of every month at 12:30 for new parents. Call the rectory for an appointment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Parents must be registered members of St. Rita Church and attending Mass on a regular basis. Please call the rectory at 248-5513 to schedule the baptism.
Requirements for Godparents:
- Age 16 or older
- Confirmed
- One male and one female
- Both must be Christians
- At least one must be a practicing Catholic
Catholic godparents must obtain a Sponsor Certificate from the parish they attend indicating they are registered members, practicing Catholics and qualified to act as a godparent for Baptism.
