For the past several months, a planning committee has been working in conjunction with Catholic Schools Management, Inc. to formulate a strategic plan to help endure a vibrant future for St. Rita School. To date, over 100 people have contributed to this study. We are at the point in the planning process where we would like to invite the entire parish community to take part in this process.

St. Rita is a parish school and has enjoyed tremendous support from the parish over the years. This parish has always demonstrated a sense of dedication to and ownership of our school. In order for St. Rita School to continue to thrive, it is vital that the parish continue to share the responsibility for the education of our children. In this spirit, we are asking each adult member of the parish to take part in an anonymous survey.

The surveys will be available at the entrances to the church at all masses during the weekend of July 10/11 and 17/18. Please take a copy of the survey and return it to the church anytime through the weekend of July 25/25 and drop the surveys in the collection boxes. The entire St. Rita School community thanks you for your participation in this survey and for your continued support for our school children.

Archbishop’s Annual Appeal

The Archbishop’s Annual Appeal supports many important ministries and programs. Your gifts are allocated towards religious education programs, youth ministries, local charities, the education of our seminarians, our retired clergy, and all of the services provided by the Archdiocese. Even this list does not touch upon all the elements of the Appeal. If you have not yet made your gift or pledge, please pray about your decision and consider making a pledge or one-time gift. Join us, your Catholic community, as we share our blessings as we join in Returning the Lords’ Goodness.
